This project is split in two parts:

  • ALG_041 computes the airgap flux of the Prius machine (and the noise) and save it
  • ALG_041b imports the flux computed in ALG_041 and use a simplified machine (named IPMSM_machine_A_simplified) to compute the noise

The noise of the Prius machine can be efficiently computed when the flux is computed in MANATEE or imported. That way MANATEE enables to compute the vibroacoustic behaviour of the Prius machine from few parameters and a flux that can be computed by any third-party software (Flux, Maxwell, Femag,...). The variable speed noise is obtained with a single speed computation with the spectrogram synthesis technique
