Electromagnetic analytical module for surface permanent magnet synchronous machines (EM1.SPMSM)


Calculates the airgap rotor and stator radial flux density time and space distribution based on permeance / mmf model.

Several models of permeance are available (analytical, conformal mapping, finite element).

Includes skewing and eccentricities effects, integral and fractional slot windings.

Application to e-NVH

The permeance/mmf model allows to quantify the effect of manufacturing tolerances, geometrical and magnetic asymmetries as well as faults on the vibro-acoustic behaviour of the electrical machines.
