Objectives
This module of MANATEE software specialized in e-motor vibroacoustic simulation includes high-end graphical post-processing to quickly identify the root cause of acoustic noise and vibration in electrical machines.
Summary
The modules performs a series of advanced graphical post processing at fixed, transient or variable speed to quickly perform NVH root cause analysis, including spatiograms (spectrograms per radial/tangential force wavenumbers applied on stator/rotor) of forces / vibration / noise, Order Tracking Analysis (vibration and noise level for each magnetic force wave, per wavenumber and frequency), modal participation factor (noise and vibration level per structural mode), numerical Transfer Path Analysis (separation of load cases, in particular rotor and stator excitations), and Operational Deflection Shape analysis (visualization of how the structure vibrates at a given speed and frequency, including FRF visualization).
