[FEMAG 17] Design of low electromagnetic Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH) electrical machines using FEMAG and MANATEE software

The following presentation shows how Femag electromagnetic software can be coupled to MANATEE using Python to quickly calculate noise and vibrations of electrical machines and benefit from MANATEE advanced post processing (noise maps, spectrograms, order tracking, deflection shape analysis, harmonic analysis) to identify the root cause of noise and implement NVH control actions:

This approach is demonstrated on IPMSM (Prius 2004) but it can be extended to all topologies handled by Femag including induction motors.
